Even though it accepts markdown, would be nice to have an RTF editor to write story descriptions. It also makes the experience better for non technical people, whom usually do not know markdown sintax.

I couldn't agree more. The markdown support is great, but it adds a lot of toil to the UX when I have to manually add markdown to bold a header, create lists, etc.
I don't mind not having a wysiwyg editor per se, but common keyboard shortcuts, like bolding and italicizing, and common conventions, like inserting a "- " on carriage return if the line above it starts with "- " would go a long way to simplifying the UX.
