Description for Journeys and steps and have them sync/link to DevOps

Currenly we can capture descriptions for Epics and Features (=Journeys and steps) in DevOps, but it is impossible to see it in Avion.

It would be great to be able to add descriptions for journeys and steps and have the link to DevOps (similar to how it's done for user stories: description is shown in the pop up screen with the link "View in Azure DevOps").

It will allow the visibility in the story map itself to capture the purpose and value to the customer for those higher levels.
